Nature Planner 3.0: description and manual

Nature Planner 3.0, a tool of the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, comprises a sequence of models used to calculate, evaluate and predict the quality of nature on the Dutch national scale. This report contains a description of the model train written from especially a technical point of view. Focused on the terrestrial component of the Nature Planner, this tool has been implemented in the 'dataflow management system' ArisFlow, which increases the practicability, decreases the running time and improves the management of the process flow (applications and data files). ArisFlow is a very useful tool for ensuring the quality and application of the decision support system. This report also contains a manual for installation and use.
